Risk management isn't something you think about sometimes. It's the first thing you do before every trade, every time. This checklist takes 2 minutes. It has prevented more blown accounts than any indicator, strategy, or signal service ever will.

✓ What is my 1% risk in dollars?
Account × 0.01 = max risk per trade

✓ What is today's daily loss limit?
Account × 0.03 = max loss for the day

✓ Have I already hit the daily limit?
If yes: close platform. Come back tomorrow.

✓ Is there a red news event in the next 30 minutes?
If yes: wait or skip.

✓ What is my stop loss in pips for this trade?

✓ What is my lot size based on 1% risk?
Calculate using the formula: (Account × 0.01) ÷ (SL × pip value)

✓ What is my take profit target?

✓ Is the RR at least 1:3?
If no: do not enter. Find a better entry or different trade.

✓ All three SMC conditions met? (Bias + structure + entry signal)
If no to any: skip the trade.
