What is an IB, in plain words?
An Introducing Broker introduces traders to a broker. The broker pays the IB a small rebate per lot those traders trade — out of what it already earns, so it costs the trader nothing extra. Our free IB Toolkit explains it step by step.
Do I need to already have a Vantage account?
Not to apply — but you'll need one linked through Liquidity Hunters (see Academy Module 7) before you're approved, since that's how the rebate relationship is tracked.
Can I guarantee my audience specific returns?
No. Never guarantee returns or imply a specific outcome — that's not a claim anyone can honestly make about someone else's trading, and it's a real regulatory risk, not just a platform rule.
Do I have to disclose the referral relationship?
Yes, always, before someone clicks your link. This protects your audience and you.
Is this the same as giving trade advice?
No. You're referring people to a broker, not managing their money or telling them what to do with their specific account — sharing your own real setups and reasoning is different from personalized advice.
