Sign of Strength & Last Point of Support

These two signals tell you: the markup is starting. Get in.

What This Means

After the Spring, price rallies strongly — this sharp rally back through the range is called the Sign of Strength (SOS). It's confirmation that buyers have control. Price then pulls back gently to a Last Point of Support (LPS) — a higher low above the old accumulation range. This LPS is your perfect buy entry. It's the safest entry in the entire Wyckoff cycle.

Visual
The Rule

Buy at the Last Point of Support — after the Spring and Sign of Strength confirmed. Never buy at the top of the Sign of Strength.

Do these steps exactly
1
After you see a Spring, watch for a strong bullish candle breaking back into/above the range = SOS
2
DON'T chase the SOS — let price pull back
3
Draw the new structure low from the Spring
4
Wait for a gentle retracement that holds ABOVE the Spring low — this is the LPS
5
Enter long at the LPS with stop below the Spring low
6
Target: next resistance zone or measured move (range height projected upward)
Common Mistake

The LPS pullback should be calm and low-volume. If it's aggressive and fast, it might not be an LPS — it could be another leg down.
