The Weekly Review Ritual

30 minutes every Sunday. This is the most important trading session of your week.

What This Means

Every Sunday, before the new week begins, you review the previous week's trades. Not to feel good or bad about results — but to extract data. What worked? What didn't? Were there patterns in the losses? Were there conditions where you performed best? This review is how mediocre traders become good traders.

Visual
The Rule

Sunday review is mandatory. 30 minutes minimum. Skip it and accept you're going in circles.

Do these steps exactly
1
Open your journal and review all trades from the past week
2
Calculate: win rate (wins ÷ total trades)
3
Calculate: average RR on winners vs average RR on losers
4
Ask: which setup type had the highest win rate this week?
5
Ask: was there a session or time where I performed worst?
6
Ask: did I break any rules this week?
Be honest. Mark the trades where you broke rules.
7
Write one commitment for next week
Example: 'I will not trade after 8:30am if no sweep has formed.'
Common Mistake

Don't use the review session to over-optimize. You're looking for clear patterns — not micro-adjustments every week.
