This is the exact 30-day plan. Every week has a specific target and mindset. Week 1 is about getting comfortable. Week 2 is about building momentum. Week 3 is about pushing toward the target. Week 4 is about finishing safely.

WEEK 1 (Days 1-5) — Get Comfortable
Goal: 0-2% profit. Risk: 0.5% per trade. Max 1 trade per day. Focus on executing perfectly, not profiting.

WEEK 2 (Days 6-10) — Build Momentum
Goal: 2-5% profit. Same rules. Start to feel the rhythm of the strategy. Log every trade.

WEEK 3 (Days 11-15) — Push Forward
Goal: 5-8% profit. You're over halfway. Resist the urge to take shortcuts. Same 0.5% per trade.

WEEK 4 (Days 16-20) — Home Stretch
Goal: 8-10% profit. When you hit 9%, reduce lot size by 50%. Finish slowly.

Days 21-30 — Buffer Zone
Extra days in case of a losing week. Don't waste them. Trade if the setup is there.

EVERY DAY: check news calendar → mark your OBs/FVGs → 7am London Open → 1 trade → log it → close platform

DO NOT: trade on news days, trade more than 1 trade per day, look at P&L during open trades
