Entering From an Order Block

You don't guess when price reaches the OB — you follow a 3-step confirmation before entering.

What This Means

Never enter the moment price touches an order block. You need confirmation that the OB is holding. That confirmation comes from lower timeframe structure — a CHoCH or BOS on the 5-minute chart while price is sitting in the OB zone on the 1H chart.

The Rule

Wait for a lower timeframe (5M) CHoCH inside the OB zone. That's your entry trigger.

Price touching the OB = possible setup. LTF CHoCH = actual entry.

Do these steps exactly
1
Price reaches your marked bullish OB on the 1H chart
2
Switch to the 5M chart
3
Watch for price to form a lower low then push up through a swing high
That push up through a swing high = 5M CHoCH = bullish signal
4
Enter on the next candle open after the CHoCH confirms
5
Place stop loss BELOW the OB zone
If price closes below the entire OB, the setup is invalidated
Common Mistake

Don't enter on a wick into the OB. Wait for price to CLOSE inside the zone, then look for the 5M confirmation.
