Do these steps exactly1
6:45am GMT — Pre-session analysis (10 min)
Mark Asian range (AH/AL). Check 4H bias. Mark nearby OBs and FVGs.

7:00am GMT — Session watch begins

Watch for: sweep below Asian Low (if bullish) OR sweep above Asian High (if bearish)

When sweep occurs → switch to 5M chart
Look for CHoCH. Only trade if CHoCH confirms within 30 min of the sweep.

Entry: next candle open after 5M BOS in direction of bias

SL: 5 pips below sweep wick (buys) or above sweep wick (sells)

TP: calculate RR. Must be ≥ 1:3. If not → no trade.

If no sweep by 8:30am GMT → CLOSE PLATFORM. No trade today.

Once in trade → DO NOT WATCH IT. Check back in 2 hours.

After trade closes (win or loss) → log it in your journal
