M5 · L4London Open Strategy
The Exact Setup: Step by Step
Every single element of the London Open trade, in the exact order you execute it.
What This Means
By this point you know: the Asian range, the sweep pattern, market structure, order blocks, and stop hunt logic. The London Open trade combines all of them. You wait for the sweep of the Asian range, confirm it with a lower timeframe structure shift, find the OB or FVG nearby, and enter. The entire analysis takes 10 minutes.
Visual
The Rule
Asian range sweep + 5M structure shift + OB or FVG nearby = enter.
All three must be present. Missing any one = no trade.

Do these steps exactly1
6:45am: Mark Asian High (AH) and Asian Low (AL) on 15M chart
2
6:50am: Check 4H structure — bullish or bearish bias?
3
6:55am: Mark any nearby OBs or FVGs in the direction of the 4H bias
4
7:00am: Watch for a sweep of the Asian range in the OPPOSITE direction to your bias
Bullish bias = expect sweep BELOW the Asian Low first
5
When sweep occurs: switch to 5M chart
6
Look for a 5M CHoCH in the direction of your 4H bias
7
If CHoCH confirms: enter at the 5M BOS on the next candle open
8
SL: below the wick of the sweep candle
9
TP: next significant level, minimum 1:3 RR
Common Mistake
If it's 8:30am and no sweep has happened, close the platform. The setup requires the sweep — without it, there's no trade.
